SHIPPING POLICY

We are shipping wordwide!

Please note: We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to Covid-19, please keep in mind any possible delays when placing an order.

 

All orders are packed by hand with care to protect your delicate products.

To reduce waste, all products are made to order, therefore please allow extra time.

We aim to have your order fulfilled within 6 -10 days and will keep you updated about the status of your order.

If an order is urgent, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will attempt to speed up the process.

Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - considering the fragile nature of our products, our top priority is to make sure your order arrives safely. Please make sure you unwrap with care.

Shipping times 
UK - Please allow 1/2 business days.
EU - Please allow 3/5 business days.

Wordwide - Please allow 5/7 business days.

Customers are responsible for :

  • any claims needing to be made with the shipping carrier as necessary.

Undeliverable parcels
If, for any reason we are unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to us and delivery fees will be non-refundable.
