RETURN POLICY

Each work is made by hand. Small deviations are part of the nature and give the piece a unique character and not considered flaws. On this basis, the work is therefore exempt from returns.

Please consider the specific product information we have included before placing an order. If you have any queries prior to your purchase please don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing sanne.elise.art@gmail.com. 
If you have any concerns regarding sizing or framing, do get in contact as soon as possible. We will try everything in our power to make any alterations to your order, however unfortunately we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. 

Damaged items

If an item were to arrive severely damaged, caused by uncareful handling of the logistic partners. Please contact by emailing to sanne.elise.art@gmail.com within 10 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the work must be in the condition you have received it and in it's original packaging.
